- Cloudflare, Inc. — provision of the Turnstile captcha used for bot protection on public forms (sign-up, sign-in, contact).
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — payment processing and billing information (independent controller for payment data).
- Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery (confirmations, alerts, notifications).

5. Intellectual property
All elements making up the site — structure, text, logos, trademarks, interfaces, databases, source code and object code — are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the Trade Marks Act 1994 and applicable international treaties. 6. Point of contact and reporting of illegal content
Single point of contact (art. 11 DSA). In accordance with article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), SPARTAN LABS LLP designates the address support@zenhost.com as its single point of contact for the competent authorities of the Member States of the European Union, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services. This point of contact also allows end-users to communicate directly with SPARTAN LABS LLP in relation to the obligations set out in the Digital Services Act. Communications may be made in English or in French.
Reporting of illegal content (arts. 14 and 16 DSA / Online Safety Act 2023). Any user may report content they consider to be unlawful by sending a reasoned email to support@zenhost.com, specifying: (i) the notifier's contact details, (ii) the precise location of the content concerned, (iii) the factual and legal grounds for the report, (iv) a statement of good faith that the information provided is accurate and complete. SPARTAN LABS LLP acknowledges receipt of the notice without undue delay and issues a decision within a reasonable period, providing reasons.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by English law. Any difficulty relating to its interpretation or performance shall, failing an amicable settlement and subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales (London).
8. Updates
Unilateral modification. SPARTAN LABS LLP may amend this legal notice at any time and at its sole discretion, in particular to reflect changes in the publisher's legal structure, hosting providers, technical subprocessors, competent authorities or applicable regulatory framework.
