Why isn't your pricing displayed publicly?
Three reasons. First, our pricing is per property tier — what fits a 5-rental host is wildly different from what fits a 100-rental concierge. Posting one number on a page misleads everyone. Second, we want to know your operation before quoting so we can include the right onboarding (free migration, training, custom processes). Third, and most importantly, we want to make sure ZenHost is actually right for you. Rather than selling software to anyone — the norm with most vendors — we'd rather build a human, reliable relationship, with fair pricing that stays negligible compared to the time you'll regain and the RevPAR uplift. Allow 30 to 45 minutes on a video call: a platform demo, a scoping conversation, and a written quote in your inbox the same day. No sales pitch, just a real conversation.
How does pricing work? Do you take a commission on bookings?
Monthly or annual subscription, priced by property tier. Zero commission on your bookings — direct or via OTAs. No setup fees, no hidden charges, no per-message or per-booking surcharge. The price you see on the pricing page is the price you pay.
Can I try before committing?
Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access. For larger portfolios (50+ properties), we extend the trial and pair you with dedicated onboarding so you can validate the platform on your real operation before a single euro changes hands.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Every plan ships with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The mechanic is simple: from your ZenHost workspace, in two clicks, you trigger the refund request and we send back the full amount within 5 business days. You also keep all your exported data.
Can I cancel anytime? And what happens to my data afterwards?
Yes — monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period, no exit fee, no minimum commitment. Annual plans end at the term, and the 30-day money-back guarantee applies at the start. Before cancelling, you export everything you need in one click from your workspace (CSV: bookings, guests, invoices, conversations) — your account is deleted the moment you confirm.
