How long does the move from my current tool take?
A few minutes to a few hours, depending on the size of your portfolio. Our team handles it end to end: properties, calendars, rates and upcoming bookings are carried over before you go live. Past guest messages, however, can't be imported.
Am I locked in?
No, ZenHost has no lock-in and no exit fees. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies when you start, and your data can be exported at any time.
Why aren't prices shown?
Your price depends on how many properties you run and what you need. We work it out with you during the demo, then you receive a written quote. No commission on your bookings, no setup fees.
Does ZenHost replace my channel manager?
Yes. ZenHost connects to Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, Abritel, Agoda and other channels, and also includes the calendar, payments, smart locks and a direct booking website. One subscription instead of several.
Can I review Zenny's replies before they go out?
Yes. In Draft mode, Zenny prepares every reply and you send it as is or after a tweak. You switch to Auto property by property, once you trust it.
What does Zenny do when it doesn't know the answer?
It doesn't make anything up. When information is missing, in an emergency or whenever a reply would commit you (a discount, a refund, an exception), Zenny passes you the conversation with a suggested draft, without sending the guest anything.
