Photo sets

Photo sets, under Automations, let you reuse images in templates, such as directions to the entrance.

Choose a type

• Generic: the same photos for every property.
• Property-specific: separate photos for each property. Default content can be provided for properties without specific content. Without either specific content or a default, the set contributes no images.

Create the set, give it a clear name, add and order the photos, then save. For a property-specific set, complete the relevant properties. Add the set to the intended template.

Order and limits

Fixed photos and sets are assembled in the order defined by the template. Only the first 5 photos are retained if the result exceeds the limit; check the preview and warnings. Each image must be JPEG, PNG or WebP, no larger than 10 MiB.

Photos are available for compatible platform messaging, not email or SMS. Editing a listing gallery does not automatically update your photo sets.

Before sending

For a manual message, check the images loaded into the composer for the correct property. For an automation, photos are resolved at send time: changing a set can change a pending message's content.

A reference to an unavailable photo can fail delivery and trigger retries; it does not guarantee a text-only fallback. Replace missing photos in the template or set, then check the message status.
