Anatomy of a booking

Every card on a booking's detail page: overview, guest, access codes, notes, extras, pricing, portal, invoices, deposit.

The booking detail page (/bookings/<id>) gathers every piece of information and action tied to a stay. This page tours the cards you'll find there.

  • Guest avatar and name.
  • Arrival and departure dates.
  • Status badge (Incoming / Ongoing / Finished / Cancelled).
  • Action menu (three-dot icon) — that's where you launch the cancellation (see Edit or cancel a booking).

Overview card

The stay summary:

  • Date range (editable for direct or website bookings, not for Airbnb / Booking.com bookings).
  • Occupancy (adults, children, infants).
  • Notes (editable free-text area).
  • Link to the property.

Guest card

All the guest's info (name, email, phone, address, country, company info if filled in). A View in CRM link opens the full guest record, with their stay history.

Access codes card

Visible if the property has connected smart locks (Nuki) or manual access codes configured. Shows the access codes generated for this stay, with copy actions and the option to surface them through the guest portal.

Notes card

Editable area for special requests and internal notes (allergies, late-arrival request, specific deposit deal, etc.). Saved live.

Upsells card

List of upsells (additional services) purchased or pending purchase by the guest — end-of-stay cleaning, parking, transfers, baby cot, etc.

Possible statuses for an upsell: Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled, To refund.

The Add Extra button lets you offer or charge an extra not in the catalogue from this page.

Pricing card

Detailed pricing:

  • Total nights price.
  • Taxes & fees, line by line (VAT, city tax, cleaning fee, etc.).
  • List of completed payments and pending payments for this booking, with statuses (Pending, Completed, Failed, Refunded, Partially Refunded).

This is the reference screen when a guest asks where they stand financially.

Portal card

The guest portal link generated automatically when the booking is created. Lets your guest consult their information, payments, stay details, WiFi, etc.

  • Copy link — copies the URL to the clipboard, ready to paste into a message to the guest. Confirmation: "Copied!".
  • Access code — short code that secures access to the portal. Separate copy button.
  • Expiration date — the portal stays accessible for up to 24 hours after the guest's departure.

Invoice card

To generate and share the stay's invoices:

  • Copy invoice link — confirmation "Invoice link copied".
  • Copy extras invoice link — available if extras have been paid.

Deposit card

Visible if a deposit is configured on the property. Shows the amount and state (pre-authorized, released, captured). If no deposit exists, a Create Deposit button appears.

Permissions and visibility

Every card is gated by your role's permissions. If you don't see a card, it's because your role lacks the matching permission (price reading for pricing, guest reading for the CRM card, etc.). To adjust, work with the primary owner from Members → Manage Custom Roles.
