Photos & logo
Manage a listing's photo gallery, reorder by drag and drop, and upload a dedicated logo.
Photos for a listing are managed from the Photos section of the detail page.
Adding photos
In the dropzone, you can:
- Drop several files at once.
- Click to open your OS file picker.
Constraints:
- Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP.
- Maximum file size: 5 MB.
- Maximum photos per listing: 150.
The upload starts automatically. Photos are stored on ZenHost infrastructure and remain accessible from the listing, the guest portal, your booking website, and synced channels (Airbnb, Booking.com).
Reordering and describing your photos
Once photos are uploaded:
- Reorder by dragging vignettes around. The first photo becomes the cover photo (visible in your library list, on Airbnb, on your website).
- Description — add a short caption to each photo.
- Author credit — if a photo is credited to a photographer, mention them.
- Type — what the photo shows (façade, living room, bedroom, bathroom, view, etc.) — useful for listing consistency.
To delete a photo, use the delete action on the vignette. Deletion is immediate.
The listing logo
Next to the gallery, a dedicated slot lets you upload a logo specific to the listing (for example a domain or sub-brand logo). Same format and size constraints as a photo, only one file allowed.
The logo appears on the guest portal and on invoices. You can remove or replace it at any time.
Best practices
- Order the cover photo first — it shows up everywhere (list, channel sites). Pick your strongest shot.
- Vary the angles — façade, living room, bedrooms, bathroom, terrace, views. Guests want to project themselves into the space.
- Refresh after a renovation — there's no point keeping old photos that no longer match the current state of the property.
- Avoid duplicates — one shot per angle, otherwise the gallery feels thin despite a high photo count.
