Guest reviews and replies
Read received reviews, publish replies and review Airbnb guests when the action is available.
The Reviews menu brings together guest reviews received from connected platforms. A booking may also show a Reviews section. Visibility depends on the reviews received, their publication by the platform and your access to the property.
Two different actions

Replying to a review is not the same as reviewing the guest. Each action has its own conditions.
Read and reply
Open the review, read the score, text and available categories, then write your public reply if the action is offered. Review it and confirm submission. Check the displayed result afterwards; if delivery fails, do not assume the platform published it.
Replying is unavailable if the review is not yet published, already has a reply, has expired or its source is unavailable. A stay that has not ended may also prevent the action. ZenHost does not offer a second reply or guarantee editing after publication.
Review an Airbnb guest
This action is Airbnb-only, after checkout and within the allowed window. Airbnb specifies 14 days after checkout; follow the displayed eligibility and avoid waiting until the last minute.
Complete the scores and available public or private fields, then confirm. ZenHost must already have the necessary review information for the stay. A hidden guest review can allow this evaluation while still preventing a public reply. A submitted evaluation, unavailable source or closed window prevents another submission.
Access and missing actions
The screen requires read access to Reviews, Properties, Bookings and Guests; replying or reviewing also requires Reviews write access and access to the property. See Custom roles.
If a review or action is missing, check the connection, stay and displayed reason. Consult the platform for its current state; connecting does not guarantee that every review or action will be available in ZenHost.
