Your property library

Browse your property list and understand the anatomy of the detail page.

The Properties menu in the side bar opens your library: the list of every property in your workspace.

The list page

Each row in the table shows:

  • The title of the listing with its cover photo and address.
  • The contact email (clickable to open your mail client).
  • The currency as a badge.
  • The Connected or Disconnected status of the Airbnb / Booking.com sync.
  • An Access button to open the property detail page.

A search bar filters by text, and the pagination at the bottom lets you adjust how many items show per page.

The Create a new property button at the top right takes you to the creation form (see Getting started with ZenHost → Adding your first property).

Anatomy of the detail page

Clicking Access opens the property's edit page. It's a long page with a left-rail anchor menu that follows your scroll. The sections, in order:

The dedicated sub-pages

A few heavier features live on their own pages, reachable from the property:

  • Rates — rate plans + taxes (see Rates & taxes).
  • Upsells — extras sold to guests (see Upsells & services).
  • Integrations — Airbnb, Booking.com, Stripe, PriceLabs (see Per-property integrations).
  • Website — multilingual descriptions and booking website settings (see Multilingual content).
  • Locks — connected smart locks and access codes.
  • Tasks — tasks assigned on this property (cleaning, maintenance, guest communication).
  • Shortcodes — dynamic variables customized per property.
  • Booking.com — Booking.com sync configuration for this property.

Saving your edits

Every section has its own Edit button (or pencil icon). You edit, you save, a success notification appears. There is no global "Save all" — each card saves independently, which avoids overwrites when several team members edit a property in parallel.
