The bookings list view

Every booking in a filterable table to search, track, and access any reservation in one click.

From Calendars → List view, you reach the table of every booking in your workspace, every channel combined.

What the table shows

One row per booking, with columns:

  • Guest — avatar, first name, last name, email. Clickable to open the guest profile (if your role can read guests).
  • Property — cover photo, title, formatted address. Clickable to open the listing detail.
  • Dates — arrival and departure with hours. Format follows the property's timezone.
  • Occupancy — adults, children, infants.
  • Statuses — two badges: booking status and payment status.
  • Amount — total stay price with the currency symbol (visible if your role can read prices).
  • ActionAccess button to open the booking detail page.

Booking statuses

Four visual statuses:

  • Incoming (blue badge) — arrival date is in the future.
  • Ongoing (green badge) — the guest is on site (between arrival and departure).
  • Finished (grey badge) — departure date is past.
  • Cancelled (red badge) — the booking has been cancelled.

At the top of the table:

  • Status filter — pick from All, Incoming, Ongoing, Finished, Cancelled.
  • Search — by guest name or email.
  • Pagination — adjust items per page at the bottom.

Each filter carries a counter (e.g. "Incoming (12)") for an instant view of your workload.

Open a booking

Click Access in the last column, or anywhere on the row, to open the detail page. See Anatomy of a booking for the full tour.

When to use list view vs month view

  • List view: searching for a specific booking, auditing a month's bookings, tracking payments and statuses, exporting visually.
  • Month view: visualizing availability, opening / blocking dates, adjusting prices, spotting calendar gaps.

Both views share the same data; pick the one matching your intent.
