How to read this section
- The inbox — the Messages screen: three columns, multi-channel conversations, search, filters.
- Sending a message — the composer: channel choice, templates, shortcodes, translation, AI assistance.
- The guest portal — what your guest sees when you send them their link: key information, payments, upsells, WiFi, invoices, contacts.
- Shortcodes — the dynamic placeholders (
{{guest_name}},{{booking_arrival_date}}, etc.) that get replaced automatically in your messages and templates.
