Import prices and calendars from CSV

Load nightly rates, availability and minimum stays by date, choosing the properties and fields to apply.

Use Integrations → Calendar CSV Import to bring prices, availability or minimum stays over from a spreadsheet. This import updates selected property calendars; it does not create bookings.

To import stays with guests and amounts, see Import historical bookings from CSV.

1. Prepare the file

The properties must already exist in ZenHost. Export your spreadsheet as .csv with a semicolon ; separator. All six headers are required and remain in French, regardless of your interface language.

Example with two dates for a fictional property:

Logement;Date;Prix;Nuits Min;Inventaire;Disponible
Example Apartment;01/11/2026;125.50;2;1;Oui
Example Apartment;02/11/2026;125.50;2;0;Non
  • Logement: use the same name for every row belonging to one property. Link it to its ZenHost record after uploading.
  • Date: DD/MM/YYYY, such as 01/11/2026. Prepare one row per property and date.
  • Prix: a number without a currency symbol, with a decimal point (125.50). Check the property’s currency; the import does not convert amounts.
  • Nuits Min: a whole number of nights, such as 2.
  • Inventaire: 1 to open the date, 0 to close it. This column determines the availability applied.
  • Disponible: Oui or Non. This column is required by the format; keep it consistent with Inventaire.

Keep all six columns even when importing only prices. You will select which fields to apply later.

  1. Open Integrations → Calendar CSV Import and upload the file.
  2. For each Logement group, select the corresponding ZenHost property.
  3. Deselect groups to exclude and check the displayed dates. An invalid-date warning means some rows were skipped.

Every selected group must be linked. Two selected groups cannot point to the same property: combine their rows in the file or deselect the extra group.

3. Choose dates and fields

Use From and To to limit the date range, then the checkboxes:

  • Rates to apply prices;
  • Min stay to apply minimum stays;
  • Availability to open or close dates according to Inventaire.

All three are selected initially. Deselect fields you want to preserve: to import only prices, leave only Rates selected. Check the selected date count before starting.

If PriceLabs manages the property, this import neither disconnects it nor creates manual overrides. A later PriceLabs sync may replace imported prices and minimum stays unless those fields already have manual overrides for the dates concerned. See the PriceLabs guide.

4. Import and check the result

  1. Click the button to import the selected dates, then confirm after checking the property links.
  2. Wait for the results by property and use Download import report to keep a copy.
  3. Open the calendar and compare several dates with your file for each selected field.
  4. For a property connected to Airbnb or Booking.com, also check prices and availability on that channel.

The report may show a partial result: some dates were updated and others were not. Dates beyond the calendar’s existing horizon may not be applied. A property counted as processed does not guarantee every date changed.

The import does not delete an existing booking to free a night. Bookings and blocks from linked properties may still make a date unavailable. If the calendar or a channel does not match the expected result, keep the report and contact support.
