Photos & logo

Manage ZenHost photos in the property's Photos card. They are used in the library, direct website and guest portal. To change an Airbnb or Booking.com listing gallery, also use that platform's editor; saving in ZenHost does not confirm a channel gallery update.

Add, order and remove

1. Open the card's editor.
2. Drop files or use the picker: JPG, JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB per file.
3. Keep at most 30 photos in the gallery you save. Even if the drop area accepts more files, saving rejects a gallery over this limit.
4. Drag thumbnails to reorder them; the first is the ZenHost cover.
5. Remove unwanted photos, then click Save.

Uploads, removals and ordering are applied when saving. Check confirmation before leaving. This editor has no caption, author-credit or photo-type fields.

Logo

The card also contains a property-specific logo: one file with the same formats and size limit. Save additions, replacements or removal. It is used on property materials, including the portal and invoices; it does not replace the overall website logo.

Check the result

Open the property, direct website and portal to check the cover and gallery. Check Airbnb and Booking.com listings separately. Choose recent, varied images and remove duplicates.

Message photos have their own limits; they are separate from the property's 30-photo gallery.
