This section covers everything that touches your daily operations: the calendar, where you see your availability across the entire portfolio in a single grid, and the bookings themselves (manual creation, detail page, edits, cancellation, channel sync).
How to read this section
- Month view — the multi-property calendar grid.
- List view — every booking in a filterable table.
- Open, block, adjust prices — the multi-day edit dialog that drives availability, rate, minimum stay, and arrival/departure restrictions.
- Manual booking — when a guest books by phone or email, off-channel.
- Anatomy of a booking — every card on a booking's detail page (overview, guest, payments, portal, invoices…).
- Edit or cancel a booking — date / occupancy edits, and the 2-clicks in-app cancellation flow with automatic refund of paid extras.
- Sync — how Airbnb pushes bookings into ZenHost, the CSV import for past reservations, and the calendar CSV import.
Note: ZenHost does not offer iCal feed import or export at this time. Channel sync is handled entirely by ZenHost (for Airbnb and Booking.com), or via CSV file for your historical data.
