Subscription & billing
Understand subscription pricing, trials, billed quantities and usage, then manage the billing portal.
The workspace Billing menu shows your ZenHost subscription. It is separate from the Stripe account collecting guest payments. Access requires billing-management permissions; contact the primary owner if the action is unavailable.
Understand the subscription and its cost
Depending on your situation, the page offers checkout or details the existing subscription: status, billing or trial dates, base items, included and billed properties, quantities, usage-based services and applicable discounts.
The monthly estimate depends on units and usage. A total marked excluding usage does not include metered services. Read the itemized details and final invoice; do not infer the total cost from the plan name alone. Prices and terms displayed at subscription checkout are the reference.
Trial
A trial depends on eligibility and the displayed offer. Creating another workspace does not automatically grant another trial. Check the amount due, end date and terms before confirming checkout.
During a trial, the card shows an end date. Do not rely on a special three-day warning: check the date to decide in time whether to continue or cancel.
Billing portal
Visit billing portal opens the provider's portal. Depending on available options, you can update billing information and payment methods, view payments, download invoices or manage the subscription.
After an action, return to ZenHost and check the displayed status. This portal manages your ZenHost subscription, not guest invoices.
Cancel or change the subscription
Open the portal, choose the offered action and follow its confirmations. Read the effective date and amounts before confirming; the number of steps depends on the portal. A scheduled cancellation appears on the subscription card.
For commercial terms or a refund request, consult your accepted offer and contact ZenHost support. This guide does not promise a guarantee duration or automatic refund. Deleting a workspace is a separate operation.
