Team settings
Workspace name, slug, logo, primary-ownership transfer, deletion.
Each team workspace has settings separate from your personal account. Open Settings in the correct workspace; visible actions depend on your permissions.
Name, workspace address and logo
Edit the name and logo, then save. The internal address uses a unique identifier, the slug. It is normally derived from the name; the custom field appears for a name containing non-Latin characters.
If the slug changes, update bookmarks and shared links. Redirecting your session to the new address does not preserve old links.
Transfer primary ownership
The primary owner can transfer this responsibility to an existing member:
- Open Members in the relevant workspace.
- Choose Transfer primary ownership in the recipient member's actions menu.
- Complete verification using the code sent to your email and confirm the recipient.
The recipient must already be a member; they receive the owner role during transfer if necessary. You lose primary-owner status. Another transfer requires action by the new primary owner.
Leave a team
Use Leave team in settings and follow the requested confirmation. Your personal account remains, but you lose access to this workspace. The primary owner must transfer responsibility before leaving.
Delete the team
The primary owner can request deletion from the danger zone. The flow requires an email verification code followed by deletion confirmation.
This permanently deletes workspace data and member access without deleting members' personal accounts, and cancels associated subscriptions. To act only on your subscription, use Billing; that does not delete the team.
Administrative permissions
Settings, members, invitations and billing have separate administrative controls. The custom-role matrix exposes operational and task permissions; it does not offer an Administration tab for assigning all these rights. Contact the primary owner if an administrative action is unavailable.
