Connect Airbnb to ZenHost

Authorize an Airbnb account, import a listing or link an existing property, then check synchronization.

Start in Integrations → Airbnb. There are two steps: authorize the Airbnb account, then link its listings to the correct ZenHost properties.

1. Prepare the connection

Check that you are in the correct ZenHost workspace and have the necessary permissions. Identify properties already in ZenHost so you do not import them twice. If another tool still manages your listings, plan the transition with support.

2. Authorize the Airbnb account

  1. Open Integrations → Airbnb, then Connect to Airbnb.
  2. Give the account a recognizable name, such as “Main Airbnb account”.
  3. For your own account, continue connecting: you temporarily leave ZenHost to sign in to Airbnb and authorize access, then return to ZenHost.
  4. For an owner’s account, use Copy connection link and share it with them. They authorize the connection themselves without sharing their password.
  5. Return to the accounts list and check its status. If it is Pending, use Resume on that account instead of creating another one.

You can connect several Airbnb accounts to the same workspace.

Open the Airbnb account to see its listings. For each unlinked listing, choose one of these actions:

  • Import this listing in ZenHost: creates a new property from the available Airbnb data. Confirm in the import dialog.
  • Link with an existing property: select the property already in ZenHost and confirm. Choose this if you have already created or imported that property.

Connected without mapping means the account is authorized, but its listings have not yet been linked to ZenHost properties. The link identifies which listing corresponds to which property.

4. Check the result

  • Open the linked property and check its name, photos, information and calendar.
  • Compare future Airbnb bookings with those in ZenHost: property, reference, dates and status.
  • Check on Airbnb the prices and availability sent from the ZenHost calendar. If PriceLabs manages your rates, also see the PriceLabs guide.

Bookings and their updates arrive from Airbnb; prices, availability and restrictions go from ZenHost to the connected channel. An active connection does not prove every item is already up to date. Instant synchronization is not guaranteed.

History, content and messages

The import retrieves available data; check it before relying on it. Preparing your migration explains what to review.

For missing history, use Import historical bookings from CSV. A raw Airbnb export may need adapting. Previous message threads are not guaranteed to be imported.

Importing photos or descriptions does not guarantee that later edits in ZenHost will be republished on Airbnb. Where to manage what shows where to make each change.

Before unlinking a listing

Unlink this property affects bookings: deletion targets this property’s Airbnb bookings arriving today or later. Stays already started are not targeted; some rows may remain if a lock code cannot be revoked. This is not a way to refresh the connection. Review the affected stays before confirming.

If a listing or booking is missing, check the connected account and property link. If the discrepancy persists, contact support with the property, booking reference and displayed status.
