Property Manager — Owners
Create property-owner records, complete billing identities and link properties.
A property-owner record describes a property's owner and billing details. It can identify the seller on a stay invoice, including when you rent your own properties. It is separate from a team member, the account's primary owner and a guest.
Create the record
Open Property Manager → Owners, then Create owner. Enter the legal name, email, phone, optional website and billing address.
In the tax information, distinguish SIREN, tax number, invoice legal notices and billing terms. These are separate fields: enter the information applicable to your business, then save.
Edit and link properties
The detail page has two tabs: Invoices and Settings. Settings contains general details, address, tax information and associated properties.
Link the owner from each property's Owner section, then save. A property references one owner record at a time. Check the correct identity before generating invoices.
Guest invoices and commissions
Guest invoices can use owner information to identify the stay's seller. A missing owner record does not necessarily block generation, but does not guarantee that the displayed identity is suitable for your situation.
Property Manager billing covers services billed to the owner by the manager; its rules and invoices are managed separately.
Permissions
Owner records use Properties permissions: read to view, write to create or edit, delete to delete. Commission rules and invoices use Property Manager permissions. Property Manager access alone is therefore insufficient to manage owner contact details.
