ZenHost helps you understand the profitability of your operation: how much each listing earns, what it costs you, and what's left. The Analytics dashboard sits at the top of this section because it's where most of your numbers come together — revenue, expenses, occupancy, RevPAR.
How to read this section
- Log an expense — the form that records a cost (mortgage, utilities, cleaning, taxes…), with allocation across one or several properties and a monthly recurrence option.
- Browse your expenses — the monthly view (cards by property) and the yearly view (categories × months grid), plus the CSV export.
- Analytics & annual KPIs — the analytics dashboard (gross / net revenue, ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, commissions, city tax) and the month-by-month yearly recap.
