Payments & guest invoices
Manage stay payments, create payment links, generate invoices, configure your upsells catalogue, and run deposits.
ZenHost tracks payments and produces stay documents. Collection depends on the sales channel and the property's Stripe account. A manual entry, cancellation or invoice does not prove a bank transaction.
- Payment links and manual payments: prepare amounts, request payment and handle refunds with whoever collected the money.
- Guest invoices: identify the seller, download and export invoices.
- Upsells catalogue: create services, customize prices and track sales.
- Deposits: distinguish requests, authorizations, capture and release.
To collect through Stripe, connect an account and link the property. Your role must also allow the operation.
