Build custom roles, organize members into teams, and — if you run a property-management company — handle owner directory and commission billing.

This section goes beyond Getting started → Invite your team. It covers:

  • Custom roles — the full per-category permission matrix to fine-tune what each person can do.
  • Teams — group several members under a named team for task assignment and clarity.
  • Property Manager — Owners — for property-management companies handling listings on behalf of third-party owners, the dedicated owner directory.
  • Property Manager — Billing — commission rules and the invoices you send to your owners.

Two audiences
