Sync and imports: choose the right guide

To connect a channel or bring over data, choose the relevant guide. An ongoing connection and a one-time file import are different workflows.

Connect a booking channel

• Connect Airbnb to ZenHost: authorize the account, then import listings or link them to existing properties.
• Connect Booking.com to ZenHost: open the connection from a property, authorize access and link rooms and rates.

Bring over data from a file

• Import historical bookings from CSV: create missing stays after checking properties, identifiers and conflicts.
• Import prices and calendars from CSV: apply prices, minimum stays or availability to selected dates without creating bookings.

ZenHost does not offer iCal / ICS calendar imports or exports.

Check synchronization

Start by checking the connected account and linked property. Then compare the relevant data: booking reference and dates, a nightly price or a date’s availability.

An active connection, a successful save or an imported file does not guarantee every item has already been applied on the channel. Review the available statuses and reports. If a discrepancy persists, contact support with the property, dates, reference if applicable and displayed message.
